Greencroft Goshen appoints Kim Harden as Community Vice President
Greencroft Goshen is pleased to announce that Kim Harden has joined the organization as Community Vice President. With a distinguished career spanning senior living operations, sales and marketing, and consulting, Harden brings deep expertise and a proven track record of leadership to the community.
Throughout her career, Harden has demonstrated a commitment to operational excellence, resident satisfaction, and staff development. She has led complex projects and large teams in faith-based, nonprofit senior living organizations, aligning her work with the values of compassion and service that define Greencroft’s mission. Her background includes successful leadership roles at The Outlook at Windhaven, Parkway Village, and as a marketing and sales advisor for senior living communities nationwide.
In her new role, Harden will oversee all aspects of community operations, focusing on enhancing the resident experience, supporting staff, and driving continued growth and engagement. Her strategic vision and collaborative leadership style will play a key role in sustaining Greencroft Goshen as a vibrant, welcoming community for older adults.

Harden holds certification as an Assisted Living Administrator and has a Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. She has been recognized for her innovative approaches to operations, marketing, and team development, consistently achieving high standards for resident satisfaction and community performance.
