Job Description:

To create and manage staff scheduling and to support departments regarding staff issues such as worker’s compensation, etc. to oversee the completion of administrative tasks; and to provide payroll support.

Duties include:

  • Assist in the application, screening, interviewing and hiring process, as appropriate.
  • Support the Walnut Hills management and supervisors with HR related activities
  • Accept and process leave of absence requests and physician certifications according to policy.
  • Respond to, submit, and process Unemployment Insurance requests for information, claim issues and appeal requests
  • Provide support in the benefit arena; including notices to staff on eligibility for benefits, enrollments/changes/terminations in assigned benefit plans, benefit related data entry and maintenance in HRIS (human resource information system).

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field of study preferred.
  • Previous human resource and recruiting experience preferred.

Job Description:

STNAs will work directly with residents in assisting and/or performing activities of daily living.

Duties include:

  • Assist residents with daily hygiene, transporting, transferring, and other functions

  • Keep record of residents' food and oral intake and/or output when ordered
  • Answer call lights or call bells in a timely manner

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

  • STNA or Nursing Assistant training required and maintain license
  • First aid training every 3 years required
  • Completion of at least the sixth grade in school required

Job Description:

Responsible for promoting self determination and quality of life in older adults. Responsible for networking services, documentation and providing family support for Healthcare residents.

Duties include:

  • Interview resident and family upon admission to finalize all admission paperwork. Assess resident/family needs for appropriate interventions.
  • . Discuss advance directives, support choices made by the resident and keep an annual update of medical directives of all residents.
  • Develop and maintain plan of care with established problems, goals and approaches on each resident.
  • Establish and update discharge plans on all residents and coordinate services prior to discharge
  • Facilitate behavior team meeting and document acting plans for behavior management.

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology or related field, or equivalent experience required.
  • Previous experience working with older adults. Nursing home experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, VA and Pre-admission screening programs, or willingness to learn quickly

Job Description:

To maintain the grounds, facility, equipment in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, our established policies and procedures, and as may be directed by your supervisor, to assure that a successful maintenance program is maintained at all times.

Duties include:

  • Follow schedules, coordinate with other departments, and report all incidents to supervisor.
  • Attend and participate in meetings and staff development activities as directed.
  • Inform supervisor of supply needs; ensure that supplies are properly stored and cleaned.
  • Perform routine maintenance on grounds, parking areas, driveways, etc. by cutting, trimming, pruning, sweeping, shoveling, etc. as needed.
  • Perform unscheduled maintenance tasks as directed.
  • Understand and use the software for work orders and preventative/predictive maintenance.
