Job Description:
Responsible to prepare foods in accordance with high quality food preparation, sanitation and safety standards. Follow posted menus, standardized recipes and other pre-prep lists. Meet time demands of meal schedules.
Duties Include:
- Interact with residents, staff and guests in a respectful, cooperative manner.
- Prepare foods according to menus and standardized recipes in a safe and sanitary manner.
- Prepare food on a timely basis so that meals can be served on schedule.
- Clean and sanitize cooking equipment and work area. Assist with dishwashing as needed.
Job Requirements/Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous food service experience preferred.
- Ability to read, write and verbally communicate with others.

Job Description:
Provide consistent high-quality care by identifying resident needs and progress, medical assessments, and promotion of team approach to resident care. Provide support to Resident Care Specialists with resident care and charting. Believe in the values of customer-centered service, stewardship, ethical conduct and reflection, open communication, and fair treatment of all residents, family and team members. Also responsible to the residents and families served.
Duties include:
- Operate within the LPN scope of practice: Observation, patient teaching and care. Contribute to the planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing. Administer medications and treatments including limited IV therapy as authorized. Delegate nursing tasks at the direction of only an RN. Teaching nursing tasks to LPNs and others to whom an LPN may delegate tasks as directed by a RN.
- Assist with postmortem care of the resident, including personal belongings. Follow through with charting, notification of family, physician and mortician as outlined in Edgewater procedures.
- Contact physician, families and team members about resident changes.
- Be familiar with Rehab/Ortho care, i.e., transfer technique dressings, staple removal, etc.
- Provide support to Resident Assistants with resident care.
Job Requirements/Qualifications:
- Licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse by the state of Ohio required.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday:
8hr Shift: 7am-3:30pm

Job Description:
STNAs \ RA will provide assistance to Edgewater Place residents participating in the Assisted Living program.
Duties Include:
- Answer resident calls
- Make regular rounds, every 2 hours.
- Assist or perform personal care for residents.
- Transport residents as needed.
- Give accurate & detailed shift change report.
- Attend required number of educational in-services.
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements/Qualifications:
- STNA training required.
- Must maintain license as required by the facility and by the state.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must be First Aid and CPR certified.
Schedule:
- FT \ PT shifts available (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
- 7am -7:30pm and 7:30pm-7am Shifts available.
