Greencroft Rehabilitative Therapies

We provide outpatient physical, occupational, and speech/language therapies for all ages. We emphasize education and communication with you, your family, and referring physician.

The Thelma A. Schrock Homestead – Adult Day Services

Adult Day Services at the Greencroft Goshen campus provides care for up to 35 individuals from Elkhart and Kosciusko counties. You can choose from flexible part time or full time attendance, transportation, meals, financial assistance (for those qualifying), and volunteer opportunities. This "day family" experience aims to increase mental function, maintain independence, and enhance self-esteem of the participant, and provide a break for the caregiver.

Support Groups

Support groups embrace all who come, offering people a setting to share experiences related to health, personal, or relationship issues. Besides the group meetings, many support groups provide literature, speakers, videos, and library while some also offer equipment and phone support. All groups listed below are open to the public.
