Health Clinics
Massage Therapy
Sonya Mateer-rempel, a Medically Certified Massage Therapist, offers Massage Therapy at the Community Center

Foot Care Clinic
A Foot Care Clinic is provided by the Elkhart County Health Department once a month at the Community Center. To schedule an appointment, call
(574) 523-2127.
Hearing Clinic
A Hearing Clinic is available the second Wednesday of each month. Dr. Craig will check your hearing and/or check your hearing aids. This is a
FREE clinic. To schedule an appointment, call (574) 537-4090.
Exercise Classes
Strech & Tone
Stretch & Tone is offered Monday, Wednesday and Friday of each week at 8:30 a.m. The class, designed for older adults who are moderately active,
combines stretching with muscle toning and some aerobic work. Cost for the class is $2 per session, but if you attend on Monday & Wednesday, you may come for half price on Friday.
If you would like to give the class a try, your first session if free!
Yoga-fit
Yoga-fit may be just what you’ve been looking for. It is designed for older adults and helps increase flexibility and balance.
The class is for men and women. Come in and give it a try. Cost is $2 for residents, $3 for non-residents.
Parkinson's Exercise
Parkinson's Exercise is Wednesday at 10:15 a.m. (No charge for this class.)
Games & Activities
Do you enjoy getting together with friends for a game of cards (Euchre, Rook, Bridge, or Pinochle) or perhaps Dominoes, Rummikub, or
Shuffleboard? Stop by Greencroft Goshen and check out the front calendar for days and times and come have some fun!
Book Club
If you enjoy a good book and lively discussion, come to the Book Club! Copies of the current book are available at the Community Center.
REAL Meals
Come have lunch with friends! REAL Services of Elkhart County serves lunch at the Manor IV dining hall Mondy - Friday at 11:30 a.m. Cost is a suggested donation of $3.50. A monthly menu can be picked up at the Community Center, found in the Senior Life
newspaper each month, or downloaded here. For a reservation, call (574) 971-6016

Tours
It’s a perfect time of the year to get out and see the sights! Whether it’s a one-day trip, dinner and a play, or a two or more day get-away, we’ve planned something that will interest everyone!

Fresh Produce Market
The Hooley family will have their fresh produce for sale at the Community Center beginning later in the summer. They offer a large variety of seasonal vegetables & fruits, most of which are organically grown.
The Produce Market is usually open several days a week throughout the growing season.
Men and Women's Breakfast
You can reserve a spot for breakfast and a speaker! Cost is $5, payable at the door. Please reserve by calling (574) 537-4090.
Widowed Person Social
Join us for table games, BINGO, snacks & fellowship the last Sunday of each month, 1:30 – 3:30 p.m. For more information, call Betty at (574) 642-3692.
