I’m honored to serve as Vice President of Operations and to support a community that is dedicated to providing high-quality care and meaningful experiences for older adults.
With more than 30 years of experience in senior living, including leadership across campuses offering independent living, assisted living, and skilled nursing care, I am deeply committed to supporting teams and environments where residents feel respected, supported, and truly at home.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Ball State University, which has provided a strong foundation for my work in healthcare administration and operations.
