Built in 1981, Chicago Trail Village is a retirement campus spread over 17 acres in a small farming community of New Carlisle, Indiana. All one-bedroom apartments are located on ground level which makes them easily accessible for residents with mobility problems. Our 102 apartments are designed with four to six apartments per building. Several apartments are designed especially for those with handicapping conditions.
