When you are looking for things to do beyond the Hamilton Grove campus, never fear! We are perfectly located between South Bend and Chicago with a Amtrak stop just down the road. We are close to planes, trains and of course automobiles!
Take it easy. We’ve got you covered. Staff are on duty round-the-clock. If an emergency arises, we are equipped to make sure you have the help you need. You and your family and friends can enjoy ease of mind that you are safe and secure.
One unique feature of our 250-acre campus are the maple trees. Our team members in conjunction with with residents and local community members tap the trees and make maple syrup right here on campus. It’s delicious!Its a highlight every year when we smell the sugar in the air. The bottles are sold here on campus and the funds raised benefit the Resident Assistance Fund. You can watch our Facebook page for updates around March to see when the bottles go on sale.
Bus and private transportation services are available for doctor appointments and other personal needs. When we are able, we also take trips on the bus to various locations like the Potawotomi Zoo, local restaurants, and shopping trips.
