Golden Years Rehabilitation

Sometimes as we age, things don’t work the way they used to. Fortunately, though, with a little therapeutic intervention, plus the latest equipment, we can often get back on track. That’s why rehabilitation therapy is such an important component in maintaining an independent, healthy lifestyle. Golden Years offers outpatient physical, occupational, and speech/language therapies for all ages. We are in network with United Healthcare, Anthem, Aetna, and Medicare.

For all therapies, we emphasize education and communication with our residents, their families, and the referring physician. That’s why we do two care planning conferences to make sure residents are meeting their goals. Bottom line: We want to get you back on your feet and living life to the fullest.
