Southfield Village hosts “Eating for Energy & Longevity” lunch & learn
Southfield Village is hosting a lunch and learn event open to the community on Tuesday, July 29, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The featured topic, "Eating for Energy & Longevity," will be presented by Stephanie Morris of Firefly Home Care & Home Health.
Attendees will enjoy lunch while gaining valuable insights into how nutrition can play a powerful role in enhancing quality of life. Morris will share practical strategies for selecting foods that boost energy, improve mental clarity, and promote overall well-being.
Whether you're looking to feel more energized, stay sharp, or simply live a healthier lifestyle, this session will offer actionable tips to support vibrant living at any age.
