Catherine McClure appointed Executive Director of Hamilton Grove

Greencroft Communities is pleased to announce the appointment of Catherine McClure as Executive Director of Hamilton Grove.

McClure brings more than 25 years of combined experience serving elder communities, including over five years in operations leadership. Her background spans key areas such as regulatory compliance, team development, and mission-driven care. She has held leadership roles with the Congregation of St. Joseph Initiatives in Kalamazoo, Envive of Huntington, and The Peplinski Group—where she consistently demonstrated a commitment to excellence in resident care and community engagement.

McClure is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration with a focus on leadership development from St. Mary-of-the-Woods College and holds a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration from Indiana University Bloomington.

Founded in 1922, Hamilton Grove is an affiliate of Greencroft Communities of Goshen, Indiana. The 250-acre scenic campus is home to over 150 residents in a variety of living options, including independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing care, and short-term rehabilitation.
