New Villas Underway at Southfield Village

Two new duplex villas are under construction at Southfield Village to meet the continuing interest in independent living at the community.

Click on the photo links at the right to see photos of the construction progress.

The first photo shows the duplex that is nearing completion. Cabinets are being installed and it is soon to be landscaped.
The second photograph shows the fourth duplex, with the first two behind it on either side.
The third photo shows all four duplexes, which are just a short distance from the central Southfield Village building which houses community activities and the fitness center, assisted living and skilled nursing care.

Southfield Village is located at 6450 Miami Circle on the south side of South Bend.
